The 8-storey Ural Hotel, the largest hotel in Perm, is located in the business and cultural center of the city, at the intersection of Komsomolsky Avenue and Lenina Street. The Perm Art Gallery, the Perm State Opera and Ballet Theater, the Academic Drama Theater and the Zoo are situated in the vicinity of the hotel complex which contains the 3-star Ural Hotel and the 4-star Almaz Ural Hotel.
