The Boyarsky Dvor hotel was built in the historical centre of Russia – the town of Rostov Veliky, within 50 metres from the Rostov Kremlin Reserved Area. This Hotel is a landmark and it is situated inside the ramparts. In 2005 the reconstruction and technical equipment of the building were carried out. The Boyarsky Dvor Hotel is a member of the Russian Hotel Association. The Hotel has its own boiler-room; this fact enables the hotel to be open for guests day and night, there is cold and hot water throughout the year. Breakfast is served in the guests` rooms at their request. There is a bar-restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel features the children`s entertainment centre where children can play table tennis, air hockey and use arcade machines.

The Boyarsky Dvor hotel numbers 53 light, spacious rooms of various categories: Standard, Junior Suite, Suite, Family. The rooms are located on the ground, first and attic floors of the Hotel. Each room has a telephone, TV-set, wardrobe, writing-table with chairs and an armchair, refrigerator, mini-bar, and bathroom with shower cubicle. The remodeling of the rooms was done in accordance with the European standards; the floor is decorated with the industrial carpet. It is possible to provide an additional bed in any room.
