You can apply for your Russia visa by mail. Please download a Russia visa application form, fill it out, and send the signed form with all the necessary documents by mail.
To process with your visa application process, proceed with the following:
1. Fully completed application form
2. Original passport (Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after intended departure from Russia and there is at least 2 blank pages in Visas section.)
3. One passport size photo
4. Check payment for Optima Tours.
