Rooms description The Ararat Park Hyatt has 219 rooms, including 162 Park Rooms, 41 Park Deluxe Rooms, 9 Park Suites, 1 Diplomatic Suite and 1 Presidential Suite. There are two rooms for disabled persons. Non-smoking rooms are also available.
Every room of the hotel features telephones with voicemail, individual climate control, bath and shower, hairdryer, mini bar, safe, multi-channel satellite TV, Internet, coffee and tea maker, 100% cotton bed linen, floor-to-ceiling windows.
The rooms have an area of 35-40 square meters. The suites are larger and feature an area of 70-110 square meters. The largest of them are Diplomatic Suite (140 square meters) and Presidential Suite (180 square meters).
