The building of the former Mariinskaya gymnasium, where now the hotel is located, was built in 1902-1903 to the design of architects Bogdanovs. Not so long ago the building was renovated and now the hotel offers well-appointed accommodation and the very latest equipment. The historical facade of the building has been preserved.
