The Neptun Hotel is a part of the Neptun International Business Center. It was the first business center in St. Petersburg, built in 1991 in the historical part of the city, and is only a 15-minute walk from the city's famous central thoroughfare, Nevsky Prospect. Pushkinskaya and Ligovsky Prospect metro stations are located nearby. In 1993 the Neptun Hotel as a three-star hotel was included to the Best Western International hotel chain that guarantees the high quality of its service maintained by the chain.
The hotel opened another new block of 85 rooms in 2001 and was given a 4-star standard the same year.

The First Block (3 stars), built in 1991.Every room is equipped with German furniture, minibar, color television set with satellite and Russian channels, local and international telephone links and data-port, bath room with shower,. Junior suites and 2 room suites have bath rooms with a bath, bidet and air-conditioning system. 3 room apartments (with a dwelling space of 100 sq. m.) include a bed-room, drawing-room, Cabinet, kitchen, bath room with a bath, bidet, air-conditioning system.
The Second Block (4 stars), built in 2000. Every room is equipped with Spanish furniture, minibar, color television set with satellite and Russian channels, local and international telephone links and data-port, bath room with a bath.
