Pushkin is a city south of Saint Petersburg and counts since 1998 as one of its quarters. In here is one of the most beautiful residence ensemble of the world. There are so many parks and palaces which are amazing. The most important attractions in this city are probably the Pushkin Museum, the summer residence of the Russian tsars, Catherine Park but als the city center of this town. Also this place was damaged during the Second World War by the Germans. Nevertheless, it has been restored and is nowadays a raving beauty. A visit to Saint Petersburg without visiting this small but wonderful town is a big mistake. If you want to stay in Pushkin we recommend the very comfortable hotel "Park Hotel Potemkin" which is not far away from Saint Petersburg and equipped with an indoor swimming pool and a sauna for relaxing.
