Antique-hotel Rachmaninov is situated in the central part of Saint-Petersburg, near the Nevsky prospect in the building where the great composer studied and worked in 1884-1885. His room was scrupulously reconstructed and now it is the Rachmaninov’s Suite of the hotel, the design of other rooms and the cozy living-room was inspired by the atmosphere of the “Silver Age” of Russian culture. So the hotel can be also considered to be a museum of the noble class life in the end of XIX century. Unique antiquaries from private collection of hotel owners decorate every room.
